Batted ball hits runner ?

R3. Batter bunts. The ball pops up about 15 feet and is coming down halfway to the mound in front of plate. Catcher runs out to catch it. Pitcher runs in to catch it. They spook each other and nobody catches it. The ball fall to the ground untouched and the spin causes it to roll back toward the plate where it is about to roll over the plate and become a foul ball. However, R3 trying to score steps on the plate and the ball rolls into his foot. What do you have ?
last night LA vs Yanks

Did anyone see the call in the fifth inning last night. Yanks have R3 and R2, one out. Batter hits back to pitcher, Posada R3 trys home but runs back to third, R2 going to third as well. R3 steps on third and then steps off into coaches box side, LA catcher tags him and then tags R2 who is a foot away from third. But the base umps doesn't really make a call on R2 who then stands on third. LA argues to no avail, but the announcers cannot believe it as they have not seen that before and was just wondering what others here who may have seen it thought.

Looks like a balk...

Last night's pickoff move from Kershaw looked kinda balkesk to me, but it's a tough one. I think his foot went more home then first.

Take a look and let's see what the popular vote is...

http://mlb.mlb.com/media/video.jsp?content_id=7054955

Notice the nice "That's nothing" signal from my buddy Sam Holbrook.

Improved player conduct

I'm mainly asking this again in relation to the NSSBL but I beleive this is carries over to all levels but what issues do you guys feel should be addressed with player conduct? I don't need specific names in this, I'd rather receive examples that do not point out people's names so this doesn't become a name calling thing.
Appeals

I don't know if this is the best spot to be asking this, but how have people here, in their experience or through what they've heard, found the BNS appeals procedure. I'm asking because the NSSBL currently handles these issues internally and there's been some question as to whether we should be doing that. Despite the fact that we have, as we are sanctioned by BNS, there has always been the option to appeal to BNS that has never been excercised. I do feel that the NSSBL has handled appeals properly with due diligence in a timely manner and the committees are always set up fairly with knowledgeable baseball people. That being said, I am not opposed to BNS doing this as someone from within BNS usually happens to be on these appeals committees and as VP of the NSSBL I would always select someone from BNS as I see the importance of having someone from there and confidence in their knowledge of what's right and fair as well as the respect that I know they would give the matter. I believe that the NSSBL is run well and can handle these things and feel that the atonomy that BNS has afforded the Senior Loop has come into play in developing that.

I know that's a long winded set up, but I was wondering about other people's opinions as I know this will be brought up at out off season meetings.
Getting ejected on purpose

I just thought of something in regards to the levels that require everyone to bat.

Suppose...

The team that I am coaching is down 6-5 in the bottom of the last inning, I am batting 14 players and my number 12, 13 and 14 hitters would be the next in line to bat and they can't hit. My 12 hitter strolls up to the plate and gets himself tossed and the 13 batter does the same. The 14 batter starts making his way to the box and he's already yapping. How would you guys handle this situation?
